OVERVIEW
Welcome to Array Sounds. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Array Sounds LLC. We operate arraysounds.com and soundtrackloops.com, including all related content, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Our products include digital software applications, VST/AU plugins, sample packs, loop libraries, preset packs, and related digital audio content. Our stores are powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

You agree that all information you provide — including your name, email address, and payment information — is accurate, current, and complete.

SECTION 2 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products sold through Array Sounds and Soundtrack Loops are digital goods delivered via electronic download. Our products include but are not limited to:

— Desktop software applications (e.g., Batch Array)
— VST/AU plugin instruments (e.g., Double Scoop)
— Ableton Live Extensions
— Sample packs, loop libraries, and preset packs
— Related digital audio content

Product descriptions, features, system requirements, and screenshots are provided in good faith and represent the product at the time of listing. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Digital products may receive free updates at our discretion, but we are not obligated to provide updates, new features, or ongoing support.

SECTION 3 — SOFTWARE LICENSING
When you purchase Array Sounds software, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal machines, subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) included with each product. Key terms include:

— You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or your activation key
— You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
— You may not use the software to create a competing product
— Your activation key is tied to your machines and may not be transferred without our consent
— Violation of these terms may result in key deactivation without refund

Files you create or process using our software are yours. We claim no rights to your audio, samples, or creative output.

SECTION 4 — SAMPLE PACKS AND AUDIO CONTENT
Sample packs, loop libraries, and audio content purchased from Array Sounds or Soundtrack Loops are licensed for use in your music productions, including commercial releases, unless otherwise stated on the product page. You may not:

— Redistribute, resell, or share the raw audio files as standalone samples or in competing sample packs
— Claim ownership of the original recordings
— Use the content in a way that competes with or substitutes for the original product

Audio content embedded within a finished musical composition (song, score, soundtrack, beat) may be distributed and sold freely.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND DELIVERY
All purchases are digital and delivered instantly via download link after payment is processed. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

Activation keys for software products are delivered via email, typically within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your activation key within 24 hours, contact us at hello@arraysounds.com.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 — FREE TRIALS
Certain products include a free trial period. During the trial, the software is fully functional. No payment or activation key is required to begin a trial. When the trial expires, continued use requires a paid license and activation key. Trial periods vary by product and are specified on each product page.

SECTION 7 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We may offer promotional pricing, introductory rates, or discounts from time to time. These are subject to their own terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our websites and within our products — including software code, user interfaces, audio recordings, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design — is the property of Array Sounds LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

"Array Sounds," "Soundtrack Loops," "Batch Array," "Double Scoop," and associated logos and designs are trademarks of Array Sounds LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any of our content, products, or services without our express written consent.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites, including SoundtrackLoops.com, YouTube, social media platforms, DAW manufacturers, and other services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

We may integrate third-party tools or services (such as payment processors or analytics) as part of the Services. These are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding their performance.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Array Sounds is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any purchases you make are made directly with Array Sounds LLC. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases.

SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services:

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARRAY SOUNDS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Array Sounds LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.

SECTION 17 — TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your software licenses may be revoked. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

SECTION 18 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Colorado.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 20 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Array Sounds LLC regarding the Services. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

SECTION 21 — CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
