All Array Sounds and Soundtrack Loops products are digital goods. Nothing is physically shipped.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Software (Batch Array, Double Scoop, etc.):
After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for the product files. Downloads are available immediately after payment is processed. Activation keys are delivered via a separate follow-up email, typically within minutes of purchase.

Sample Packs, Loop Libraries, and Preset Packs:
After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Downloads are available immediately after payment is processed. No activation key is required.

Free Trials:
Free trial downloads are available immediately after checkout. No payment information is required beyond an email address.

DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you do not receive your download link or activation key within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at hello@arraysounds.com with your order number. We will resend your download and key promptly.

If your download is corrupted or fails to install, contact us and we will provide a replacement download at no charge.

DOWNLOAD AVAILABILITY

Download links remain active for 30 days after purchase. If your link expires, contact us at hello@arraysounds.com with your order number and we will issue a new link.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

We do not sell or ship physical products. No shipping address is required. No shipping fees apply.
