Refund Policy — Array Sounds

All Array Sounds products are digital software delivered via instant download. Because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we've built our refund policy around fairness, transparency, and the fact that every product includes a free trial.

Free Trials
Every Array Sounds product includes a free trial period so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to use the full trial to make sure the product meets your needs. Batch Array includes a 14-day free trial. Double Scoop and other products may vary — check each product page for details.

30-Day Refund Guarantee
If you purchase an Array Sounds product and it doesn't work as described, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at hello@arraysounds.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted in the following situations:

— The software does not function as described on the product page
— A technical issue prevents the software from running on your system despite meeting the listed requirements
— You were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge
— You purchased the full version but did not receive your activation key within 24 hours (and contacted support without resolution)

Refunds Are Not Typically Granted For

— Change of mind after purchase (this is why we offer free trials)
— Failure to read system requirements before purchasing
— Incompatibility with third-party software, hardware, or DAWs not listed in the product requirements
— Requests made more than 30 days after purchase

How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account. Upon refund, your activation key will be deactivated.

Activation Keys
Each purchase includes a unique activation key. Keys are non-transferable and licensed to a single user. If you receive a refund, your activation key will be revoked. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing activation keys is prohibited and will result in key deactivation without refund.

European Union Customers
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by downloading the software and beginning the trial or activation process, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content has begun and you consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal right for that transaction. If you have not downloaded or activated the software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase regardless of reason.

Damaged or Defective Downloads
If your download is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to install properly, contact us at hello@arraysounds.com and we will provide a replacement download at no charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
